Endpoint
Tanium, the cybersecurity and systems management company, wanted to create an editorial site and content program to speak to the CISO audience. I led the effort to create a branded content website from scratch. I designed, built, and iterated with the client on typography, visual style, color palette, content wireframes, UX design, and created art for the initial set of articles for launch.

Wireframes and content planning
The ecosystem of the web experience was mapped out in wireframes. I leveraged best practices in content organization to determine the placement of related articles, contextual links, and side bar modules to guide users further down the funnel.

Endpoint brand development
The real perk of designing any editorial site from scratch is the opportunity to create custom illustrations for launch content. The graphics shown below accompanied an FAQ article.

The red dot of the Tanium logo was incorporated in the endpoint wordmark to signal both its relationship to the parent brand and to build on existing brand equity. Primary colors of the thought leadership subbrand were pulled from the secondary and tertiary colors of the Tanium brand. This made for an experience that aligned well with the security and risk content in that blue represents stability, and green represents knowledge and growth. Finally, a full typographic study was conducted before selecting final treatments.
