Alkami Technology provides cloud-based digital banking solutions for credit unions and smaller banks, allowing them to compete with larger financial institutions. Alkami’s existing branding and architecture didn’t accurately represent the ambitions for growth, and it struggled to stand up against competitors in an increasingly crowded space.
I worked as art director and creative lead to evolve the visual language of the brand through collaborative workshops and sprints. I led a small, agile team of designers and animators, crafted + guided workshop content, and ran point on client meetings. Deliverables included a comprehensive brand guidebook, presentation templates, social media templates, event branding and example signage.

EXECUTION
Once the approach was established, my team and I quickly applied the system to immediate need visuals. This acts not only to pressure test our new brand visual language but to strategically show the client how to roll out refreshed brand expressions. This included website design, social media posts, presentation templates, campaigns and events.
EVENT BRANDING
Alkami hosts an annual conference focusing on the intersection of collaboration and innovation to shape the future of digital banking. My team conceived the naming; I created the logo, general signage, and stage design.
