Workflow is a branded publishing platform from ServiceNow, providing thought leadership on IT transformation, security, customer experience, and more. I supported the publishing site from a content and design perspective for multiple years while working at Message Lab. I created editorial brand and visual guidelines to ensure consistency and to delineate from the core company’s brand. This included creating detailed header graphic treatments for multiple article types, defining the color palette, and establishing inset graphic treatments such as pull quotes, stats, and more. I’m lucky enough to have my fair share of designs, infographics, and illustrations published on the site.
